The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA) sponsors a workshop series to introduce effective strategies for successful mentoring of diverse trainees. Four consecutive weekly sessions explore proven approaches to the development and enhancement of effective mentoring relationships. This workshop series is available to postdoctoral trainees, advanced graduate students, and faculty. A certificate is provided upon completion. Attendance is required at all four sessions.
