VOLUNTEERS needed for upcoming Vaccine Clinics
UT Health has become a vaccine hub for our UT Health patients. We will be in need of volunteers to assist as people arrive and with our elderly patients for the foreseeable future. We will need assistance with crowd control, giving directions and assisting with wheelchairs and other duties. We have a new platform for signing up to volunteer, ENGAGED. Here is the link ENGAGED – please log in and register to volunteer on the day and time that best fits your schedule. We will be adding new dates as they become available.
Staff, students and faculty can all participate in ENGAGED, all you need to register is your UT Health credentials. Please note that everyone will need to attend a briefing before your shift in the UT Police Department. This registration is only for the School of Nursing Hurd auditorium.
Since ENGAGED is new to everyone here are some screenshots of what you will see once you click the above ENGAGED link.
Welcome, please log in to proceed. Log in with UT Health credentials. Scroll down to register at the scheduled dates/times. We appreciate your valuable time during this very important cause to assist our community.
