Dr. Carla Zeballos Receives F32 postdoctoral fellowship

Congratulations to one of our Ph.D. students in the Cancer Biology discipline of the Integrated Biomedical Sciences program, Dr. Carla Zeballos!

Her individual National Research Service Award (F32 postdoctoral fellowship) has just been funded on first submission by NCI! The title of her F32 is “The role of Six Transmembrane Epithelial Antigen of the Prostate 2 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma.”

Carla, who is also a resident in General Surgery, is currently supported by our NCI-funded institutional National Research Service Award (T32 training grant) as a postdoctoral trainee.

Congratulations also to her mentor, Dr. LuZhe Sun!
