Leadership Opportunity: Serve As A Student Rep For SGA

18 Sep 2017

Graduate Students:

Looking for an opportunity to serve your community? The graduate school has openings for 3 student representatives on the Student Government Association (SGA).

The SGA is the recognized “voice” of the student body and is comprised of representatives from each of the five schools. SGA meetings are on the first Thursday of each month, from August thru May, and meetings are from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dinner is provided during the meeting. The time commitment works out to a minimum of three hours per month for meetings and approximately two hours per semester for special events (e.g. set up, serving or clean up at Burger Burn) for a total of five hours per month.

If you are interested in learning more details, please email Dr. Nicquet Blake(blaken@uthscsa.edu).
