Dr. Cynthia Phelps, founder and CEO of InnerAlly, Inc., has just joined the Career Advisory Council.

Dr. Phelps is the founder of InnerAlly.com, a B-Corporation building mobile apps to help people improve their mental wellness. She has extensive experience in digital interactive design and has been developing mental health technologies for the Veteran’s Administration since 2009 through her consulting company Health eDesigns, LLC.

Her education is in pharmacology with a focus on mental health and behavior change. She uses her background and practical design experience to incorporate the science of compassion into her work. InnerAlly mobile apps are built on self-compassion research to help people live their best lives. Phelps started InnerAlly after having a life-changing experience with implementing Self-Compassion for herself, and now she coaches others to make their own breakthroughs.
