Kens5: Why clinical trials about cancer are so important in San Antonio

Dr. Amelie Ramirez, the Chair of Population and Health Sciences and Associate Director for Community Outreach and Engagement for the Mays Cancer Center within UT Health San Antonio spoke to Kens5 for the article “Why clinical trials about cancer are so important in San Antonio.”

In it, she spoke about how UT Health San Antonio’s Mays Cancer Center currently has over 180 clinical trials.
