Do Something Nice: Random Acts of Kindness Challenge

11 Dec 2020
anthonyc

Take action and carry out a random act of kindness for someone else. Kindness is act of doing something for someone with no expectation of something in return. Research shows that helping others can be beneficial to our own mental health. It can reduce stress, improve emotional wellbeing and even benefit our physical health.

The challenge will run through December 24. Place your entries on our Kudoboard for a chance to be eligible for random drawings of prizes.
