Dr. Jose Cavazos Takes On Role Of Associate Dean for Research at the Long School of Medicine

Dr. Jose Cavazos has added a new responsibility and has taken on the role of Associate Dean for Research at the Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio. He will be mentoring residents and fellows in research during the post-graduate residency and fellowship training. He will also be continue as the director of the South Texas Medical Scientist Training Program and education core leader at the South Texas Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center at UT Health San Antonio.
